The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with respect to the data voluntarily provided in the Website.

The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Presentation of offers or information.

The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.
  • By saving cookies on end-user devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  • Login areas and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  • The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  • To protect data, the Operator regularly performs security backups.
  • An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which particularly means regular updates of software components.

3. Hosting

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: webd.pl

The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, keeps server-level logs. These may include:

  • resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
  • time of the request,
  • time of response,
  • client station name – identification via the HTTP protocol,
  • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
  • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the Website occurred through a link,
  • information about the user’s browser,
  • IP address,
  • diagnostic information related to ordering services through site registrars,
  • information related to the handling of emails sent to and from the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information About Data Usage

In some cases, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

  • the hosting company, based on entrustment.

Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be kept longer than necessary for activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). For marketing data, the data will not be processed longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • access to personal data concerning you,
  • correction of personal data,
  • deletion of personal data,
  • restriction of data processing,
  • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing specified in point 3.2 concerning the processing of personal data for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the right to object may not be exercised if there are compelling legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

The actions of the Administrator are subject to a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Website.

Automated decision-making actions, including profiling, may be undertaken with respect to you, in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing purposes conducted by the Administrator.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not transfer data outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by users, including personal data, if provided.
The Website may also record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
In some cases, the Website may record information that facilitates linking form data with the user’s email address filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.

Data provided in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form (e.g., for service request handling, business contact, or service registration). Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

Information on user behavior in the Website may be subject to logging. This data is used for Website administration.

7. Important Marketing Techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on cookies placed on the user’s device. Within the scope of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.

8. Information About Cookies

The Website uses cookies.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, that are stored on the end device of the Website User and are intended for use on the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the Website User’s end device and accessing them is the Website Operator.

  • maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Website,
